President Trump is finishing the “Smart Wall” with steel barriers and advanced detection technology. David will make sure it gets done because nonsecure borders harm Wyoming families. Undocumented and unvetted foreign nationals obtaining questionable CDLs make our highways unsafe. Illegal narcotics like methamphetamine and fentanyl from Mexican cartels destroy families and kill Wyomingites. Human traffickers are using our highways to move victims across the country. Every state is a border state now. Finish the wall. Deport illegals. Stop the drugs flowing into our communities. Secure our highways and protect Wyoming families.

The Trump Administration is defending our Second Amendment rights, but Congress needs to make the protections permanent. David will work to codify concealed carry reciprocity, dismantle the unconstitutional ATF gun registry Democrats built, and prevent any future administration from imposing universal background checks or red flag confiscation laws. Your right to bear arms isn't negotiable. Not now, not ever.

David served in combat under Commander-in-Chief Trump as an Army Ranger and then fought for his agenda as a congressional staffer. Now President Trump is battling the Deep State, the corrupt media, and every institution that refuses to put America, and Americans, first. He needs reinforcements in Congress who won’t quit before the job is done. Wyoming has nearly 3,000 grazing permits across 17.4 million acres of BLM land and they are the lifeblood of our cattle and sheep ranches. David will protect those permits, stop BLM overreach, and tell EPA bureaucrats to back off. The One Big Beautiful Bill delivered wins with higher Death Tax exemptions, permanent small business deductions, full predation coverage but the fight isn’t done. David will expand those victories and make sure Wyoming ranchers can operate without Washington interference

Washington is bloated, and broke. We’re adding trillions to the national debt at an unsustainable pace, and career politicians keep kicking the can down the road. Our children and grandchildren will inherit this mess unless we act now. David will cut wasteful spending, shrink the bureaucracy, fight to reduce the deficit, and ensure Wyoming families keep more of what they earn. We can’t keep mortgaging the next generation’s future.

David deployed twice to combat and saw firsthand the consequences of out-of-touch foreign policy decisions form bureaucrats in Washington. Under Trump, he witnessed targeted, precision strikes and limited military operations that achieved objectives without endless deployments. Under Biden, he watched the Afghanistan withdrawal disaster; Americans left behind, allies abandoned, and our enemies emboldened. China saw that weakness. So did Russia and Iran. David will work with President Trump to rebuild the military, restore deterrence, and ensure America’s enemies respect our strength again.

The VA’s rural health mission was created to serve veterans in communities like Wyoming and the Cowboy State should be the model for how the VA serves rural veterans. Secretary Doug Collins is reforming the VA to better serve veterans, and David will work with him to make sure those reforms reach Wyoming. As a veteran, David understands the challenges of accessing care in remote areas, navigating bureaucracy, and getting timely appointments. He’ll fight to expand community care options, improve telehealth access, and cut through red tape so Wyoming veterans get the benefits and care they’ve earned.

Big Tech censors speech. Regulators strangle startups. Big Banks de-bank legal businesses and anyone who threatens their control. Big Government bureaucrats want CBDCs to track every transaction while crushing Bitcoin and blockchain innovation that gives Americans financial freedom. Drug companies keep prices artificially high while Americans struggle to afford insulin and prescriptions. David will fight to protect free speech online, defend digital asset innovation, stop financial discrimination, and break the pharmaceutical monopolies that gouge American families.
