CHEYENNE — U.S. Army veteran David Giralt said he believes his experience being one of the final troops to return from deployment in Afghanistan and working under Sen. Cynthia Lummis, R-Wyo. in Washington, D.C., and his Wyoming roots make himself a worthy candidate for Wyoming’s lone seat in the U.S. House of Representatives.
“I think that it stands to reason that a representative should know what they’re talking about,” he said in an interview with the WTE in January.
